This workshop will help us explore our individual definition of social justice as well as address the many questions that arise in our role as social workers in the arena of social justice. We will discuss how the Code of Ethics guides the discussion around social justice and social work practice, as well as address any limitations that may be present with these guidelines.
By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to identify their own biases that may impact their work, how to overcome those biases, and create a positive ripple effect in society as role models for social justice
